The window technicians use a next-generation water-fed pole system and purified water when washing the exterior of windows. This reach-and-wash system is incorporated into the vehicles, eliminating the need to set up a separate water source. This system allows for high-reach window cleaning up to 23 meters, which is usually the 4th storey of a building. For internal window cleaning, squeegees, eco-friendly cleaning solutions, and ladders are used. Conservatory windows can also be washed with the same methods, but wooden frames are cleaned only on the panes to prevent any damage. After cleaning, the windows are left to dry naturally, without any mineral deposits or residue due to the 100% pure water.
